Digital Transformation: Digital Futures
Posted on: 17/04/2020
Over the past decade, the speed of digital change seen over the public and private sectors in the United Kingdom has been absolutely jaw dropping. Across the world, industries large and mall have embraced the digital age, dropping cumbersome traditional paper-based ways of working in favour of faster, more efficient and more reliable digital business practices.
To understand what this means, its process and how it will impact our daily lives, Executive TV’s latest programme, “Digital Transformation: Digital Futures meets with three leading businesses in their field with a lot to say about the public and private sectors and how they are meeting demands.
Community Fibre are a telecommunications company who specialise in bringing ultra-fast fibre optic broadband to businesses and households at an affordable price.
Clearbox are a software development company born out of the construction industry after seeing a need for cost-effective and scalable high-end visualisation, such as their CAD-agnostic, workflow driven BIMXTRA.
Juriba work in IT migration project management and offer a unique project management tool, Dashworks, for IT transformation projects, such as Windows 10 migrations.
Together, these three companies offer up valuable insight into digital transformation and how it is changing our lives. Part of their discussion highlights that it is only through successful meaningful partnerships that the public sector will truly grow and develop. A finding that proves while technology is the future, it means very little without people at the fore.
Digital Transformation: Digital Futures will be first broadcast on our usual channel, SKY 191, Sunday 19th April at 10.00(am) and then, on Sunday 03rd May at 10.00(am). After the initial broadcast, the programme will be available at http://www.executivetv.org/ with the rest of our digital archive.
