MODERN ENGINEERING APPROACHES
Posted on: 25/01/2019
Executive TV are happy to announce Engineering Innovation; the next episode in our long running series Engineering Excellence. In this program we take a deeper look at the various pressures and challenges that come with standing at the forefront of change. Featuring three insightful companies that showcase each stage of engineering, from design to implementation, this programme covers the very best of engineering and their use of cutting-edge technology.
Engineering is a critical part of the British Economy. The past decade has seen a resurgence of all kinds of engineering in the UK from high tech manufacturing to advance software and simulation techniques. Britain is seen across the world as a major innovator, quick to adopt new technologies and to develop the skills to use them.
In this program we brought together three well known names in the British engineering industry. Cadisch MDA are a team of highly skilled developers and designers with a penchant for metal work and their furnishings. Atkins, as part of the SNC Lavalin Group, are a collaborative and secure product management consultancy. Charter Automotive are a world class Tier 1 and 2 suppliers of engineered components for the automotive industry.
Engineering Innovation will be first broadcast on our usual channel, Propeller TV (Sky 185) on Sunday 27th January at 10.30am, and repeated on Sunday 24th February @ 10.30am. After the initial broadcast, the programme will then be available online at www.executivetv.org with the rest of our digital archive.
